Delete your account and data

1. Sign in as the parent.
2. On the Home page, open Account.
3. Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account & all data.
4. Enter your password and choose Permanently delete.

The account is deleted straight away and cannot be restored.

Email [email protected] from the address the account is registered under and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

• The parent's email address, name and password.
• Every builder's profile (nickname, avatar, age band, interests, settings).
• Build progress and build history.
• Photos of finished builds.
• The sets and loose pieces on your shelf.

• A security log of sign-ups and sign-ins (email address, internet address, device type, time), kept for 12 months to protect accounts against misuse, then deleted.
• Payment records held by Apple, Google or Stripe for purchases made through them. These are kept by those companies under their own policies; Build Again never holds card details.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, or you will keep being charged. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.

• Remove one builder: this deletes that child's profile, build history and photos.
• Delete build photos, one at a time or all together by withdrawing photo consent.
• Remove a set or loose pieces from your shelf.
